Gary Jansen is defending numerous law firms from several states in a multi-district class action lawsuit alleging legal malpractice arising out of hundreds of real estate loan transactions. The attorneys allegedly failed to provide borrowers with disclosures required by the Truth In Lending Act. The plaintiffs are seeking to recover millions of dollars in monetary damages, as well as rescission of existing home mortgages.
