Summary Judgment Obtained Based On Insufficient Causation Evidence

Plaintiff slipped and fell in the lobby of an office building due to an unnatural accumulation of water. Mr. Jansen filed a motion for summary judgment on behalf of the property owner and building manager, asserting there was insufficient evidence to establish that plaintiff’s fall was caused by water.
