Josh Yeager won a Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) arbitration he filed on behalf of a foreign trademark holder against a cybersquatter that registered a domain name that was identical to the foreign company’s trademark. The cybersquatter registered the disputed domain to intentionally trick Internet search engines to divert customers away from the authorized website of Josh’ client. Josh was successful in having the rights to the disputed domain name transferred to his client in the UDRP arbitration.
