Plaintiff filed a negligence action against a general contractor. Defendant, general contractor, filed a contribution claim against Plaintiff’s employer. Nicole Milos represented the employer at trial. Ms. Milos argued that the employer followed the industry standards and properly trained and supervised Plaintiff.
