John Lynch represented the defendant in a wrongful death suit arising out of a fatal car-pedestrian accident in which the defendant left the scene after impact, believing she had struck a deer. After a two-week trial, the jury found for the defendant. The plaintiff sought several million dollars in damages. The verdict was affirmed on appeal. Skoneczka v. Johnson.
