Summary Judgment Obtained In Trench Collapse Case

John Lynch represented a defendant contractor in negligence action involving a trench collapse resulting in the death of one worker and severe injuries to another. After the benefit of discovery, the court granted summary judgment in favor of the contractor on the basis that it did not have sufficient control over the job-site or the work in question.
